Three Bedroom Villa Accommodation in the Byron Bay HinterlandSuzanne’s Hideaway has one 4-star rated three bedroom Villa, which is a stand-alone house. It offers three bedrooms, bathroom, living and dining area, kitchen, covered verandah, laundry room, and covered carport. The Villa is set amid sub-tropical gardens. It has a stunning view over the top of rainforest trees, down to a river, across a rolling countryside and up to the mountains of the Nightcap National Park. The Villa has 3 bedrooms: the first has a queen bed; and the second has a king bed or two single beds; the third has a bunk-bed suitable for two single people. The bunk-bed room is downstairs and does not have internal access to the main living areas of the Villa. Access is via an external pathway. It is not suitable for children under 12 years of age without supervision. It does not have its own bathroom. A fold-out double sofa bed in the upstairs lounge area can potentially sleep another 2 people. Linen is included. The beds also have an electric blanket. The bathroom is spread out over 3 rooms: toilet, vanity, and shower room featuring both a large double spa-bath and a shower. The living area is both comfortable and spacious and is equipped with a 6 person dining table, TV, DVD, CD, radio, phone, books and games. The large covered verandah extends off the living area and has an outdoor dining table and BBQ. There is also a private covered verandah off the main bedroom. Both are elevated verandahs and boast spectacular views. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hot plates, coffee plunger, and a large fridge/freezer. It comes stocked with glad wrap, alfoil, salt & pepper, tea & coffee, sugar, and local coffee & jam. The laundry has a washing machine, drier and clothes-line. The Villa also has ceiling fans, air-conditioning and a covered carport. All accommodation types have access to the resort’s facilities including the tennis court, pool and gym.
