Terms & Conditions

• Tariff includes GST, linen, towels, books, board games - BYO beach towel, CDs.
• All villas self contained with double sofa bed in lounge room if needed.
• Portacot / highchair available at no charge and must be pre booked.
• Deposit of 1 nights tariff required upon booking. Non- refundable. Mid & high seasons, 50% deposit balance due 45 days before arrival payable by cheque, EFT, money order, M/C or Visa. Non-refundable. Remaining 50% due upon arrival. Non-refundable.
• On arrival you will be required to sign a guest registration form & provide a credit card pre authorisation as security for a $100 bond / Villa.
• In consideration of other guests we ask that all noise emanating from your accommodation cease by 11 pm, and all visitors not part of your booking leave by that time.
• Check in 2 pm – Check out 10 am. Check in/out time may be extended upon request only.
• Tariffs effective from 30.5.11 and are subject to change without notice.
