Suzanne's Hideaway
We have a fabulous location near Byron Bay in Northern NSW for your
wedding and reception under some huge fig trees adjacent to our pool.
Our rural view of tropical Byron Bay hinterland is absolutely stunning.
Adjacent to the fig trees, we have a flat grass area. This area can
hold a huge marquee or a small frame tent, so we can cater for any
number of your wedding guests.
Under the canopy of these
huge fig trees are rainforest trees and plants, palms and beautiful
bromeliads. These trees and gardens are flood lit at night.
You can have a formal sit down or casual roaming reception or a combination of both at our Byron Bay hinterland venue. Within the area set aside we let you plan and create your wedding the way you want it, we do not make you adhere to any formula. We do not have a restaurant, but there are a number of caterers in the area, whom we work closely with, who can come on site & arrange all the food for you.
If you choose, you can also have a breakfast / brunch gathering the following day.
We can assist you arrange hairdressing, makeup artist, massage, photographer, alcohol, catering and marquee hire with tables, chairs, glasses and decorations, as well as onsite childcare. We can also assist to arrange to bus your guests from Byron Bay, Lismore and surrounding Northern NSW areas.
Suzannes Hideaway, caterer and marquee hire company all work closely together to make your wedding day 'special and perfect'. We offer a venue, catering and hire coordination package. Together, we have all of your needs covered.
We require that your wedding group book all our accommodation for a minimum of 2 nights stay. We can accommodate up to 28 wedding guests, including children. Longer stays are available for each separate villa.
Our Byron Bay hinterland wedding venue hire includes:
- Our assistance in planning before and during the wedding reception.
- Our assistance coordinating all service providers.
- Exclusive use of all outdoor areas during function.
- A 6 x 3 mtr waterproof frame canopy for caterers.
- A 3 x 3 mtr waterproof frame canopy for bar service.
- Large all weather gazebo by the pool.
- Electricity.
- 2 x white wedding flags.
- 4 x flare torches for night time.
- Fairy lights.
- Red carpet 1.5 x 4 mtr.
- 60 cm round signing table with white cloth cover and 2 chairs.
- Tea light candles in the garden.
- Outdoor garden and pool furniture.
- CD player.
- Off street parking.
- Toilets.
